CRM has many faces in automotive retail. Too often, CRM is simply seen as a tool or a sales campaign.

At RPMcar we have a different vision on CRM and the way it should be adopted by car dealers. RPMcar views CRM as a process encompassing sales, aftersales and services, and one which focuses on identifying and exploiting the so-called “Commercially Relevant Moments”.

RPMcar wanted to publish a thought-provoking booklet about how CRM should be handled by dealers who DO want to reap all potential benefits. It should not be ‘yet another book on CRM’, so we asked people from the automotive retail and CRM world to share their real-world experiences, tips and tricks.
